Global Internship ProgramI am very happy to welcome all of you to the Global Internship Program. We will have four-hour class sessions and several out-of-class events. The class sessions will focus on written business communications, including emails, letters, marketing materials, and information technology. We will learn the proper format, punctuation, and style for various types of business writing, as well as focussing on grammar, vocabulary, and mechanics specific to business applications. We will be using real world examples and formats as much as possible. In addition to our focus on business communication we will also be preparing resumes and cover letters to assist you in your job search. As paper resumes and CVs are giving way to online job-hunting tools such as LinkedIN we will also be cultivating those resources. I look forward to helping you learn to bring yourself to the world through writing!
